Nope, you don't love it so give it to someone else----it's called a re-gift. You paid $22 for Pete's sake...
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 165 Wheeler Avenue, Cranston, RI 02905. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and send you the item again---only this time not broken.
Our products are shipped within 2-3 days using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx or Genie on a magic carpet. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 165 Wheeler Avenue, Cranston, RI United States 02905. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs re: returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, the Genie's mood, etc. may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should most def upgrade to a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. (that's what the mail people do, our job is being sarcastic and making cool jewelry.)
